The article deals with violent actions against young children, which have been growing up in recent years and often occur. As you know, violence against adolescents is the most serious of the offenses. Not to mention the fact that every act of a stranger committed against teenagers causes great damage to their future. Violence leads to psychological «decline» of young children, as well as to moral stress. The sides of the immortal «heat» construction jaspinder through normal growth and improvement in the way, at a certain level in the future «interception»? What to do to avoid such antisocial criminal offense? What can we do to prevent it? And these are the questions that, despite the fact that the fate of the child will not leave indifferent, obvious.Despite the fact that the criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for strict criminal liability for criminal offences against minors, «violating» the norms of the law, it is no secret that in recent years the number of cases of sexual violence against young children has increased…

In the article the author, based on the criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, guided by the statistical indicator of the General Prosecutor’s of ce of the Republic of Kazakhstan, analyzed his thoughts .it was combined with the opinion of famous scientists.The authors of the article gave specic recommendations for the prevention of pedophilia.
